The 3 bedroom home was built in 1997 by Pulte Homes.
Pulte has long been known for the quality craftsmanship and customer service. There is
a full size 2 car garage that you will have private access to during your stay as well
as plenty of street parking. The backyard is the centerpiece of this property with an
oversized sun deck, heated pool, hot tub, barbeque and plenty of tables and chairs so
you can really enjoy the sunny Arizona weather. Since the home is located on a corner
lot there are no neighbors to one side and with an elevated block wall in the back of
the lot, the backyard provides you with a private getaway.
Inside, the home is decorated from top to bottom with Southwest décor, comfy furniture
and neutral earth tone colors.
The wireless internet modem allows you to access the
web with your laptop from anywhere in the house with a simple click. There are 3 full
size couches and 2 love seats in this home that provide you plenty of space to just relax
after a hard day of swimming, golf, or shopping. One of the great amenities to this home
is the enormous master closet. It is absolutely huge. A trick that many of my families
have used is if you have a small baby and want them close by but not in your room, use the
closet as their room. It’s got its own door and is easily accessible from the master bedroom.
