just like the 3BR home. There is a 2 car garage that you will have private access to during
your stay as well as plenty of street parking. The key word for the 4 bedroom home is…Space.
There are four large bedrooms in this house. The huge master bedroom is on the lower level
and includes a queen size bed, a full bathroom, as well as a large walk in closet. Upstairs
there are 3 nice sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one of them has two
twin beds.
Three of the bedrooms have TV’s so you can fall asleep to your favorite show if
that’s what you like. In terms of common areas this home allows your large party to really
spread out as there are 2 large couches, 2 love seats and one big comfy chair, ALL IN THE
SAME ROOM. It’s called a “great room” and great it is.
Outside this home has all the “must have” items of any Arizona vacation rental; Heated private pool,
hot tub, BBQ and plenty of sun. There is a large patio table with plenty of chairs so you
can enjoy the sunsets from the covered patio.
This 4 bedroom home is quickly becoming a fan favorite for groups in town for spring training,
conferences, and many of the exciting events the Phoenix area offers like marathons, triathlons,
team sporting events, wedding families and many more.
