Both homes are owned and operated by me, David Drake. I will handle the details of your vacation rental from beginning to end. Be wary of vacation rentals that are managed by property management companies as they are most times impersonal and much less attentive to your needs.
I don’t anticipate any problems with your vacation rental as I inspect the home in between each guest to make sure it’s in great shape by the time you arrive. However, if you have a problem during your stay which happens from time to time, call me, as I’m happy to assist you in making your stay more enjoyable. Reservation Policies
| - | Rates in US funds (checks, visa, mastercard, discover, amex only please) | |
| - | Security/Reservation deposit of $250 due at time of reservation. This will hold the reservation and will be refunded to you in full assuming no damages or excessive cleaning. | |
